MOUSSAKA ... musaka

BOSNIAN POT ...bosanski lonac
Bosnian pot is one of the most famous traditional dishes of Bosnia and Herzegovina — a true symbol of local cuisine and hospitality.
It is a thick layered stew, prepared from different types of meat and vegetables such as cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, tomatoes and peppers. The result is a dish with a rich taste, melting meat and the vegetables absorb all the aromas, creating a deep, homely and fragrant meal reminiscent of ancient times.
STUFFED ONIONS ... sogandolma

Soğan dolma (or stuffed onion) is a dish consisting of blanched onion heads, carefully separated into layers, which are then filled with a mixture of minced meat, rice and spices. After stuffing, the onion is cooked in its own juice or with the addition of tomatoes and spices, until it becomes soft and juicy.

Stuffed grapevine (japrak) is a traditional dish of the Balkans and the Middle East, especially famous in Balkans.
